🔁 Returns & Exchanges
You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

📦 Conditions

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Tags must be attached

• Items must be returned in original packaging

🚚 Shipping Fees

• Customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping fees

• In case of defective or wrong item, Mirella covers all costs

💸 Refunds

• Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item

• Refund method: (Cash / Instapay)

🔄 Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed for size or product change (subject to availability)

❌ Non-returnable items

• Items on sale or with special discounts

• Worn or damaged items (not due to manufacturing defect)
